6 Use of pedestrian frequency data

6.1 hystreet.com GmbH is entitled to the rights to our information system and the underlying data collections on pedestrian frequency measurements. hystreet.com GmbH is a database producer within the meaning of Section 87a (2) of the German Copyright Act (UrhG).

6.2 In case of further use of the data from export files, hystreet.com shall be cited as the source. Any resale of the export data against payment requires the prior written consent of hystreet.com GmbH.
